Business Management for Lazy Bosses

As a successful but lazy business owner, I feel entitled to make my own decisions about how my business should be run so that i can enjoy my life as much as possible.
If going office supply shopping on a weekday morning is what must be done – I will do it. After all, I’m the boss!
That’s how I manage things in my business. I am the best business management professional there is – but hey – I like to go and do crazy things when I should be working. But that’s fine – I am the boss!
I also like to maintain CRM management relaionships so my customers relations are optimal and making the biggest return. That’s how I roll with my customers!
Your business should be run the way you see fit. You’re the boss. Just don’t run your business into the ground!
If you have employees, you can of course (if you wish) take their needs into consideration as well. If, on the other hand, you are a sole proprietor like me, having strong standards can go a long way towards keeping you happy and satisfied in your career.
Live frugally till you earn your first million. After that it will become easy to earn more and spend more. If you do that right from the beginning, you will be able to earn your first million in very little time.
What is important to you? If you haven’t already done so, think hard about this. Make a list of the important things in your life, and base your business standards around them. How much money do you need to be happy?
If maintaining a good balance between your business and personal life is important, create a standard that allows you to stop working at a reasonable hour each day in order to spend time with your family.
Are you going to be happy if you’re theboss? Some people are made for this kind of business. If you are not the kind of boss with business management skills you may just want to be a worker instead.
I think you get the gist of what I’m trying to say. Create a solid set of business management standards today.
