One of the best ways of holding onto your present clients and gaining new clients is by email marketing and mailing newsletters. So here in this you will find out how to create a newsletter.
• First you have to subscribe for a newsletter distribution service which doesn’t support SPAM.
• Then you decide which program you are use for your newsletter. You can use Microsoft FrontPage or DreamWeaver for designing your newsletter.
• Use the template which has the basic layout for the html newsletter, html nieuwsbrief in Dutch.
• Make it less than 20 kilobytes for easy uploading.
• You need to use FTP program for including graphics.
• For writing you have to use Notepad.
• Copy and paste your writings on the HTML template.
Finally, proof read the newsletter before sending it out.
