Procrastination is one of the main reasons why some people never seem to lose weight fast.
If you are like me, you might tell yourself that you will start the diet “next week” or “after Christmas” (or some other excuse like Summer). The truth is that it doesn’t matter what season or month of the year it is. Any sensible observation will tell you it’s foolish to stay overweight until some random date in the future?
Here’s a trick to get yourself going. Find your calendar and circle today’s date, then count ahead 11 days and circle that day too. That day will be coming very fast, and you could be 9 lbs slimmer on that day! That would be nice wouldn’t it?
Every journey begins with taking that first step………….and if you never take that first step then you’ll never have a thinner and more attractive body. Start today.
