Scenic route from Durban to Cape Town

The Scenic route from Durban to Cape Town is an enjoyable one with beautiful views and landscapes. The two most popular are the coastal route or through the interior one. A third route uses both and offers a little bit of coast and country.
The Coastal Route Durban-Cape Town takes you through the Transkei and the Garden Route (The N2) this is an amazing drive from Durban down the Hibiscus Coast.
On the route you will pass by Port Elizabeth, the start of the popular and famous Garden Route. Pop into Storms River and the Tsitsikamma National Park, a popular tourist attraction.
The Interior (country) Route Durban-Cape Town through Bloemfontein and the Karoo, the N3 route takes you from Durban into the popular Midlands; or take the N1 from Bloemfontein through Beaufort West to Cape Town; you will pass through the Karoo.
A last option is the Durban-Cape Town through Bloemfontein and the Garden Route experience the Midlands; drive across to Bloemfontein, and then to East London and on to PE (the Garden Route). The Bloemfontein-East London leg (N6), drive thought the country and coast.
Driving the scenic route from Durban to Cape Town will be breath-taking.
