So You’re Going To Outsource?

So you’ve made the decision to outsource some of the functions of your business, meaning that you can then concentrate on doing just the things that you’re really good at, that are your best strengths.
So…what do you do now? How in the world do you even find the people you could hire to do all those functions, not to mention evaluating them and then hiring them?
Why, you outsource that process too! Hire a consultant to do even that research for you: find the firms or individuals who can do what you need, evaluate their services and the cost, and propose a few possible candidates for your consideration. Many management consultant firms will list this search and recommendation process as one of the things they can do for you. So why not take advantage of their services?
