I was looking around for a oak hat rack to install in a cabin I built on the property. I’m not much of a cabinet worker but something like a hat or coat rack didn’t seem to be too difficult for a cabin type feel.

There are plans around the net but I must say some of the prices for solid oak hat racks was actually cheaper than I could buy even before I put it all together.

I had ran into this same situation before. Since I play guitar left handed, I was thinking of building a rack to hold my guitars on the wall. I thought since some of my guitars are for left handed players I would need a special rack.

Not so, I found a guitar rack also online that was cheaper than anything I could build and it looked real stylish.

So unless you enjoy fine woodworking, just jump online, you can find just the right rack at an online store.
