I’m trying to eat healthier. So far my diet consists of milk fat, bran cereal with water, dry roasted peanuts, bananas, whey protein shakes, green olives, tuna, chicken thighs and marinade, and the South Beach diet I stuffed cottage cheese and turkey slices. I think basically what we eat at least a month to loose weight, but I realized that the vegetables are extremely important for any diet shake.
